THE BODY BEHIND X.V
Alec Verse lives in the sticky heat of Texas but was born under the shade of mango trees from India. They are known best from her poetry under their blog, xverses, where they spin stories in complete lowercase for strangers. Recently, they have been published online in ANDO magazine, L'ÉPHÉMÈRE REVIEW, Black Napkin Press and been part of an online anthology about intersectionality called Some Safer Place. Their first chapbook, A Modern Muse, is out now. When Alec is not writing, they are being queer, making films, and sacrificing bones to persephone.
